While we are spending a little time with your child getting to know them, we will ask you to fill in an application that will provide us with all of the pertinent information we need about both you and your child.

Please be prepared with their health card number, doctor's name and number, any allergies to foods or medications, any special requirements for them, and be sure that you fill out the application in full!

Just relax, have a coffee and take your time.   We will be glad to give you a tour of "My Pre Academy" at your leisure, and we encourage you to show your child around and allow them to get comfortable with their new "home away from home"!
